New report finds that Marbella is one of the most expensive areas to rent and buy property in Spain

Its a fact MARBELLA is one of the most expensive towns to rent property in Spain this year.

A report out by Tecni Tasa one of Spains leading property valuation compines have said that rental prices for an average apartment in the Marbella area are expected to exceed €1,100 per week and have quoted that holiday rentals in the main beach areas of Spain for this summer have risen 10% since a year ago.

The average cost of renting for a week in Spain will be around €750.00 which is more than €70.00 this this time last year, and more than 30% higher in 2014.

Marbella was also named one of the top three hardest areas to buy in Spain. Another report by Idealista found that it would cost an average family earnings of 35.1 years to be able to purchase a property in Marbella.
